If possible lie down for 60 minutes. It is beneficial when the spine is straight. Drink a glass of water before and after the Remote Healing session. The cells need the water to process all the information received during the session. Have a blanket ready. Close your eyes. No music. Make sure nobody will disturb you. Switch your phone off. Do NOT focus on the desired outcome or the problem. You might observe what occurs in your body or think about something beautiful or just be. It is ok when you fall asleep.
Besides feeling relaxed you may feel various physical sensations or even hear noises. Some see pictures. Emotions might also come up. When thoughts come up, let them come and go. Every person experiences it differently. Some don’t notice anything – perhaps life was difficult and they learned to suppress their feelings.
