What to do After a Concussion?

After  my second concussion I became a certified Reconnective Healing practitioner because this modality addresses the root cause of our health problems. The second reason was  I intuitively knew it would help me with the many symptoms of my second, severe concussion.

Reconnective Healing balances us on all levels, In case of mild traumatic brain injuries it is important to be again physically and emotionally balanced.

Avery  injury impedes the cell-to-cell communication in the affected area.. When this interrupted cell communication is not addressed it can cause later in life severe health problems. The energy/Chi-flow is impeded.

Example: a knee injury might cause later in life arthritis in this knee. Doctors know about this but I believe they do not know exactly why. That over the years more and more cells can not communicate with each other and the affected area becomes larger and arthritis shows up.

Mild traumatic brain injuries have to be taken therefore very seriously. Later in life they may cause  Dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and  Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) when one had many blows o the head. CFE is a progressive degenerative disease.

I am now free of all the symptoms of the severe concussion,  PTSD, sleep problems, anxiety, poor memory, low energy, depression, headaches, dizziness, brain fog, depression, ringing of the ears, balance problemsm double vision,  and more.

An MRI showed my brain is exceptional balanced. The technician asked several times how old I am, because my brain was so balanced. It was done three years after the car accident.

All concussion symptoms are now gone … only once in a while I can feel with my fingertips that I need to clear some blockages in the energy/Chi-flow.
