Hip Pain – Caused by Stress?

How is it possible that hip pain might be caused by stress?  On a recent blog post on energy-all-around.com I wrote about the effects of our sleeping position on the hip.

Why can hip pain be caused by stress? One of the twelve organ meridians is the gallbladder meridian. It runs from the top of the head to one of the toes – on each side of the body. It is affected by stress. This means that stress (or injuries to the body) can block the Chi flow in this meridian.

Over time this may have an effect on  knees or  hips or shoulders or  ears. All at once happens seldom but I had a few clients who were lucky to come on time. All joints had caused a bit of trouble an there was wax in the ear too.

Recurrent  ear wax in one of the ears only is a warning sign. Fortunately the body is able to repair itself to a large degree depending of your life circum stances or emotions.  How important your thoughts are you can read Here.

To prevent major joint problems one really has to go in time to a holistic health practitioner. Massage and sauna are helpful. They  relax.   Trust in your intuition which  alternative modality is best for you. I practice the ones I believe in.
