Recovering from Burnout

Nobody seems to wonder why so many take time off from work to recover from burnout. What is different in our world?  Since 2019 the WHO pays attention to this result from constant stress. This means recovering from stress and burnout is very important.  Yes, there is a lot of chaos in the world, life is more stressful, and  we  also use since  about eighteen years different phones. Their frequencies stress us constantly. we are therefore lacking energy. A healthy, energetic and happy person  is not affected, but look around you – how many are on some kind of medicationé or had an accident? Burnout includes all kinds of emotional and mental symptoms but also physical symptoms such as heart palpitations,  headaches, shortness of breath,  poor sleep, or brain fog.

Since forteen years I am a  Reconnective Healing®  practitioner, since  twenty-four  years I am certified in  other modalities.   Clients with stress related problems like anxiety,  depression, and burnout benefitted the most from Reconnective Healing®, also distant Reconnective Healing sessions.
