How to Manage Anxiety

There are a variety of reasons why more and more suffer under anxiety. We need to know how to manage our anxiety when the news are  too intense. When we  are unable to regain an inner emotional balance – we are feeling too helpless and hopeless.. This can result in depression symptoms and  Burnout. Often we become unable to manage our anxiety.
