During my nasty car accident my car was hit from three sides and I had suffered a triple whiplash and a concussion. At that time I suffered from PTSD . Every morning I woke up with anxiety, could not sleep longer than 1 – 1 1/2 hours., thought constantly of the accident, was unable to concentrate, had terrible balance, did not know where I got my rental car and from which airport my grandson flew back home. My fear of big trucks was a real problem when I was driving. Ialso did not like to have cars driving behind me. There was much more, especially pain.
